1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the website https://jlc-ingenieros.com (the “website”), owned by José Luis Campos Giménez (JLC Ingenieros). The owner’s details are given in the Legal notice.

Access to the website is free of charge and requires no registration. Use of the website implies acceptance of these terms and conditions in the version published at the time of access.

2. Information purposes only

The website is intended solely for information purposes: it presents the owner’s professional activity, a selection of projects and his publications. Its content is general in nature and does not constitute technical advice for any specific case, nor does it replace a project, report, expert opinion or certificate issued by a qualified professional.

No services are contracted and no products are sold through the website. Where professional services are provided, they are formalised through the corresponding engagement or quotation, subject to its own conditions.

3. Use of the website

Users undertake to use the website lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with these terms. In particular, users must not:

• carry out any activity that damages the website or interferes with its operation, availability or security, or circumvent its protection measures;
• introduce or spread malicious software or code;

By submitting the contact form, users agree to receive a reply by email or, if they so indicate, by telephone. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

The names of clients, organisations and third-party brands that appear on the website belong to their respective owners and are cited solely as a reference to the professional work carried out.

The website contains links to third-party websites, such as the Amazon store (publications) or Google Maps (location of the studio). These websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; in particular, purchases of publications on Amazon are governed by that store’s terms. The owner has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content of third-party websites.

The “Private area” link gives access to a separate application, restricted to authorised users, which is governed by its own terms of use.

The owner endeavours to keep the website available and its content accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it will be free from interruptions or errors. The owner may modify, suspend or withdraw the website or any of its content at any time.

These terms and conditions are published in Spanish, English and Catalan. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is declared void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Unless the applicable legislation provides otherwise (in particular, with regard to consumers and users), any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Eivissa (Ibiza).
