Tourist apartments
Location: La Savina, Formentera
This project focused on the specification, design and site supervision of the technical installations required for a modern tourist apartment establishment, with the aim of ensuring operational functionality, guest comfort and a firm commitment to sustainability.
The scope of the project covered the implementation of key systems, including the electrical power supply, solar thermal collection and air conditioning, integrated to the highest standards of energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. In the electrical supply system, priority was given to safe and efficient distribution covering the needs of both the private areas and the common areas of the complex.
The solar thermal installation was designed to provide domestic hot water from renewable energy, ensuring significant energy savings and lower emissions. The air-conditioning system, for its part, was configured with advanced technology that allows precise control of temperature and air quality in each apartment, enhancing the guest experience.
This project combines innovative and sustainable solutions with excellent technical design, positioning the establishment as a benchmark in the tourism sector for its ability to integrate comfort, energy efficiency and respect for the environment.
