Industrial building
Location: Eurocentro industrial estate, Eivissa (Ibiza)
Design and supervision of the construction works, ensuring compliance with the brand’s quality and service standards. The building was designed with an innovative approach that combines structural efficiency, operational functionality and sustainability. The main structure is a high-strength steel frame, optimised to withstand the dynamic loads typical of a vehicle workshop. This design is complemented by a composite slab system, which combines the strength of steel with the properties of concrete to provide a solid and safe platform for the tyre storage and heavy equipment areas. In addition, priority was given to ergonomics in the interior layout, which includes dedicated areas for vehicle maintenance, efficient and safe tyre storage, and work areas designed to maximise productivity and operator comfort.
